Background
Members Loan Services provides contract mortgage processing services to credit unions throughout California. Your credit union will fund your mortgage loan but we will handle all of the processing leading up to the actual funding. We have been assisting credit unions in offering purchase and refinance mortgages to their members since 1993.
Mission Statement
The mission of Members Loan Services is to facilitate mortgage lending through credit unions by offering competitive mortgage rates and outstanding customer service. In doing so, we help credit union members realize the American Dream of homeownership.
Loan Programs
We work in conjunction with your credit union to offer unique loan programs as well as the standard loan programs offered by traditional mortgage companies. We will assist you in determining the loan program that comfortably fits within your budget, yet allows you to buy the most house you can afford.
Credit Union Membership
If you are not currently a member of a credit union, we will be pleased to assist you in finding a credit union that you qualify for membership in. We are a strong supporter of the credit union movement and recognize credit unions as a superior source for financial services.
President's Message
Without the right knowledge, obtaining a mortgage can be an incredibly daunting endeavor. Members Loan Services strives to ensure that obtaining a mortgage is not a test of your will of survival, but rather a painless and worthwhile undertaking.
The mortgage industry has undergone major changes in recent years. Technology continues to pave the way towards faster and less restrictive lending practices. Borrowers are now able to obtain loan approvals in as little as three days and move into their new homes within two weeks. This has been made possible by forums such as the Internet providing the means for fast and convenient access between borrowers and lenders.
Members Loan Services will continue to embrace such technology in order to provide the lowest possible rates and best possible service to our credit union members. We hope you are as excited about the possibilities as we are.
